NXT Rewards+ Points Redemption Mechanics

Members may redeem their accumulated NXT Rewards+ points for available merchandise and travel vouchers featured in the Rewards Catalogue, subject to the applicable redemption requirements and availability.

Redemption Process

Members may browse the current Rewards Catalogue to view available merchandise, travel vouchers, resorts, hotels, Free & Easy packages, and group tour packages.

Members may redeem their points for their preferred reward by selecting the item or package available in the catalogue.

The required number of points for each reward will be indicated in the Rewards Catalogue and may vary depending on the item, package, or promotional offer.

Points will be deducted from the member’s account upon confirmation of a successful redemption.

All redemptions are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the specific reward, supplier, resort, hotel, tour operator, or travel package.

Travel Rewards – Terms and Conditions

Redemption of resort, hotel, Free & Easy, and group tour packages is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each package.

Room reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance with the applicable resort or hotel.

Travel vouchers and packages are subject to blackout dates, booking restrictions, validity periods, minimum stay requirements, or other conditions that may apply, as specified in the Rewards Catalogue or by the participating supplier.

The redemption of points does not guarantee room or travel package availability until the reservation or booking has been confirmed.

Any additional charges, taxes, surcharges, transportation costs, meals, or other expenses not expressly included in the redeemed package shall be borne by the member.

Redeemed rewards are subject to the cancellation, amendment, expiry, and no-show policies of the applicable supplier.

Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless otherwise stated.

NXT Rewards+ reserves the right to amend the Rewards Catalogue, point requirements, availability, and applicable terms and conditions without prior notice.

Members are advised to review the specific terms and conditions of each reward before proceeding with redemption.

Members who redeem their NXT Rewards+ Points to offset payment for any transaction will no longer earn new NXT Rewards+ Points from that same transaction.
