ITINERARY • 7:00 AM: Meet your guide or driver and head to Napaling Reef. • 7:30 AM: Arrive, gear up, and get a short safety briefing. • 8:00 AM: Begin snorkeling or diving with the sardines and explore the reef. • 9:30 AM: Take a break, enjoy the view, and snap some photos. • 10:00 AM: Try cliff jumping or relax by the reef. • 10:30 AM: Pack up and prepare to head back. • 11:00 AM: Drop-off at your hotel or enjoy free time. Any unused services will be non-refundable/non-rebookable/non-endorsable. • Itinerary will flexibly change due to unforeseen local operational conditions. • Once booking is confirmed, all tour information will be sent thru guests email or social media account. Any changes on the schedule and/or pick-up will be coursed directly to the guest via local mobile number and/or social media account. • Guest should be ready at their hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to pick-up time, otherwise, the tour may be forfeited and/or will be considered NO SHOW. Tour will be automatically voided and non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
All confirmed reservations are considered final once payment has been received and booking confirmation issued. Please note that all payments are strictly non‑refundable in the event of cancellation, change of plans, or no‑show. To maintain flexibility, bookings may be transferred to another guest name if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, management reserves the right to reschedule or provide equivalent service credit in place of a refund. This policy ensures that accommodations, tours, and arrangements remain guaranteed for confirmed guests.
