Cancellation Policy
All confirmed reservations are considered final once payment has been received and booking confirmation issued. To maintain flexibility, bookings may be transferred to another guest name if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, management reserves the right to reschedule or provide equivalent service credit in place of a refund.
