With a 40 sqm. area, veranda and private dipping pool, this villas is equipped with 2 queen size beds or 1 king size bed, desk & chair, luggage rack, air conditioning, suite bathroom with hot & cold shower, essential bath amenities, towels, bathrobes, 42” LCD cable television, minibar, coffee maker, safety box, telephone and free WiFi access. Each villa can accommodate up to 4 persons. Room rate is good for 2 persons with free breakfast. Extra person charge of ₱1,500 per night inclusive of breakfast. Cancellation Policy
All confirmed reservations are considered final once payment has been received and booking confirmation issued. Please note that all payments are strictly non‑refundable in the event of cancellation, change of plans, or no‑show. To maintain flexibility, bookings may be transferred to another guest name if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, management reserves the right to reschedule or provide equivalent service credit in place of a refund. This policy ensures that accommodations, tours, and arrangements remain guaranteed for confirmed guests.
